2 step forward with right foot into a right forward stance right hand middle punch
3 step backward with right foot and turn 180° right, moving right foot into a right forward stance right arm low block
4 step forward with left foot into a left forward stance left hand middle punch
5 turn 90° left, moving left foot into a left forward stance left arm low block
6 step forward with right foot into a right forward stance right arm high block
7 step forward with left foot into a left forward stance left arm high block
8 step forward with right foot into a right forward stance right hand high punch Ki-ap!
9 turn 270° to the left, moving left foot into left back stance left arm double knife-hand in-to-out middle block (right knife-hand palm-up, fixed in pit of stomach)
10 step forward with right foot into a right back stance right arm double knife-hand in-to-out middle block
11 step backward with right foot and turn 180° right, moving right foot into a right back stance right arm double knife-hand in-to-out middle block
12 step forward with left foot into a left back stance left arm double knife-hand in-to-out middle block
